Carnell Lewis brings over 20 years of professional experience in Management, Strategic Planning, Hospice, Home Health, Human Resources, Business Development, Health care and Community Education, Patient advocacy,
Business Consulting, State, Local and Federal Regulatory Compliance,
Medicare and Medicaid. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Business Administration with a Specializing in Human Resource Management at Walden University. She has an MBA with a Specialization in Health Services Administration Management from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management Administration from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, and an Associate of Arts from Strayer University. She has worked in community-based care for the last 15 years. She joined South Richmond Adult Day Care Center in March of 2019. Her vision, goals, and purpose are to continue making SRADCC a structured, supportive, and enriching environment for senior adults and persons with disabilities. We service Richmond and surrounding areas, and we would love to serve your loved ones.

L. Francine Griffis | Registered Nurse

Francine Griffis, RN, has been a nurse since 1989. She received her AAS nursing degree from John Tyler Community College in 1996. She has experience in
Home Health, Hospice, Long-Term Care, Hospital and office/clerical settings. Francine has been employed with SRADDC since 2015.

Joan Russell | Registered Nurse

Joan Russell is a Registered Nurse with over fifty years of professional
experience which includes: Neurosurgery ICU, Neurology, Pediatrics, Operating Room, Public Health, Ophthalmology, Gerontology, Medicaid Analyst, Medicaid Personal Care Director of Nursing and Adult Day Health Care Director of Nursing. She is the mother of two, grandmother of three and she was the sole caregiver for her invalid mother for six and a half years. She has worked in community based care for the last thirty years with the last twenty five years spent in Adult Day Health Care. She has been affiliated with South Richmond Adult Day Care Center for the past three years.

Cheryl Christian | Registered Nurse
Cheryl Christian has been a nurse for almost twenty-nine (29) years; and has work in many clinical environments such as acute care settings, LTC, Skilled Home Health, Home Health Personal Care Supervision, School Nursing, et al. In addition, Ms. Christian, attained both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in English from Virginia State University in 2007 and 2009, respectively. She has served as an adjunct professor at her Alma Mater intermittently since 2012. Cheryl is a navy brat, born in the Tidewater area of Virginia, but she has spent Richmond Public Schools “From Head Start to High School.” She is the mother of an adult son, and a fur-child Chihuahua, named Chiko. Ms. Christian is dedicated to helping seniors and disabled persons remain in their homes as independent as possible, and that the family members of our participants feel adequately supported.

Cressida Gattermeir | Administrative & Grant Assistant

Cressida Gattermeir received her B.S. in Recreation from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been employed at South Richmond Adult Day Care Center since 2002 serving as the Activity Director/Administrative Assistant and Grant Writer.
