Carnell Lewis, MBA | Executive Director
Carnell Lewis brings over 25 years of expertise in management, strategic planning, hospice care, home health, human resources, business development, healthcare, community education, patient advocacy, and regulatory compliance. Her extensive background includes deep knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
Carnell is currently earning her Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at Walden University. She holds an MBA in Health Services Administration Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management, both from Strayer University. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate's degree in Arts from Strayer University.
With 15 years of experience in community-based care, Carnell joined South Richmond Adult Day Care Center (SRADCC) in March 2019. Her vision is to make SRADCC a structured, supportive, and enriching environment for senior adults and persons with disabilities. Serving Richmond and the surrounding areas, SRADCC is committed to providing exceptional care for your loved ones.

L. Francine Griffis, RN/Billing Coordinator
Francine Griffis, RN, has been a nurse since 1989. She received her AAS nursing degree from John Tyler Community College in 1996. She has experience in
Home Health, Hospice, Long-Term Care, Hospital and office/clerical settings. Francine has been employed with SRADDC since 2015.

Joan Russell | Registered Nurse
Joan Russell is a Registered Nurse with over fifty years of professional
experience which includes: Neurosurgery ICU, Neurology, Pediatrics, Operating Room, Public Health, Ophthalmology, Gerontology, Medicaid Analyst, Medicaid Personal Care Director of Nursing and Adult Day Health Care Director of Nursing. She is the mother of two, grandmother of three and she was the sole caregiver for her invalid mother for six and a half years. She has worked in community based care for the last thirty years with the last twenty five years spent in Adult Day Health Care. She has been affiliated with South Richmond Adult Day Care Center for the past three years.

Cressida Gattermeir | Administrative & Grant Assistant
Cressida Gattermeir received her B.S. in Recreation from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been employed at South Richmond Adult Day Care Center since 2002 serving as the Activity Director/Administrative Assistant and Grant Writer.
