WE LOVE OUR PARTICIPANTS!
Through assistance and generous donations from community partners and individuals, South Richmond Adult Day Care Center provides a therapeutic, varied, and engaging program of activities, nutrition and socialization. Individuals benefit from the structured program that enables them to form friendships while participating in activities that encourage creative expression. A nutritious midday meal and snacks are served daily. Continuing health assessments and monitoring are conducted by a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse. Individual care plans are developed and reviewed quarterly. Families appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their loved one is being taken care of in a loving and nurturing environment.
The Center operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Families provide transportation to and from The Center. Additionally, our excellent staff can assist with arrangements if transportation is needed. South Richmond Adult Day Care Center is licensed as an adult day health care provider by the Department of Social Services and is certified by the Department of Medical Assistance Services.
